Tactile surfaces at uncontrolled crossings were introduced in the 1990s to resolve the problems experienced by visually impaired pedestrians at flush dropped kerbs. Traditional, heavy concrete slabs make installation of the tactile surface time consuming and physically demanding and that’s where the TMP Tactile Paving System comes into its own.Made from hard wearing stone and resin, the unique compound provides rigidity and flexibility to cope with existing surfaces. Its light weight properties and two part adhesive makes this the easiest tactile paving system to use, all year round.
Made from hard wearing stone and resin composite.
The unique compound of the TMP TacTile tiles provides both rigidity and the flexibility to cope with undulations in existing surfaces prior to fixing. Available in Blister, Hazard Warning, Segregated Shared Cycle Track/Footway, Guidance Path and Off Street/Platform Edge surfaces.
